For a 12-month rental agreement, the commission is equal to one month’s rent. The commission may be increased depending on the terms of the deal and the volume of cooperation.

To register a client with you, simply complete the form below. For registration, we only require your name and contact number, the client’s name, and the last 4 digits of the client’s phone number. We do not require the client’s full phone number.

When a rental agreement is concluded, we check the client registration. If the client was previously registered by you, your commission remains protected even if the client later contacts us directly. Once registered, the client is assigned to you for 90 days.
